Description:   A wonderful digital pattern for a Banded Cloche Hat.  This pattern is complete with the Roses, Leaves and Daisy flowers.  Create lots of hats for you and/or your little ones or to give as gifts.   If you need the instructions for the newborn size, please email me and I will include them for you with the pattern!  I will also provide any technical assistance I can via email.
